About this journal

This site exists because the information available to strength athletes about anabolic-androgenic steroids comes from two places: shops that want to sell something, and institutions that only want you to stop. Neither answers the questions people actually have.

Who writes here

The founder is a competing strength athlete who uses anabolic steroids under the supervision of a physician and a coach. Articles are written from that position: not from a clinic, not from a forum, not from a marketing department. Every health-related article is reviewed by a physician before publication.

What you will find

  • Plain-language explanations of how these compounds work and what the research says about their effects.
  • Guides to monitoring: which blood tests matter, what the numbers mean, when to see a doctor.
  • Honest articles about risks, including the ones that are irreversible.
  • Training and nutrition articles for cutting and bulking, written for people who lift heavy.
  • A section for women, because almost nothing serious has been written for them.

What you will not find

  • Dosages, cycles, stacks or post-cycle protocols. Those decisions belong to you and your doctor, and publishing them would make this site less trustworthy, not more useful.
  • Product recommendations, shops, affiliate links or sponsored content.
  • Advice on obtaining medicines without a prescription.
